The Oratorians and Scholars never went home empty-handed as they received gifts consisting of school supplies for the upcoming opening of classes this month of June. The Back to School Bazaar is an annual tradition of the Salesians of Punta Princesa which aimed to encourage the youth to participate in the Summer Oratory for their personal and spiritual development and likewise, award the persevering young who religiously attended the summer's activities.
The program kicked off with an unfreezer and General Catechesis on the Blessed Trinity in celebration of the Trinity Sunday on June 3, 2012. After the Holy Mass, the best among the Oratorians showcased their winning song pieces and dance moves during the Recital. The Rondalla group also shared their musical prowess through a harmonized strumming of instruments. Prizes awaited for the masters of the Summer Oratory's Brain-Squeezing Quiz Bees. Their stomachs were filled as well as former Oratorians- turned Parish youth leaders sponsored the activity's snacks and drinks. Truly, the Salesian spirit is at work and all praise to God for the benefactors and sponsors.
